An argument between two cyclists in Oxford led to a 19-year-old man being punched to the floor and chipping his teeth.
The row started in Observatory Street on a Friday night last month and police have now released CCTV a man they want to speak to in connection with the assault.
The victim, a 19-year-old man was punched in the face and fell to the ground chipping his teeth, police said.
He was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital where he was treated for his injuries and released shortly afterwards.
The incident occurred on Friday May 13 at about 10.45pm and anyone who has information on who the man is or on the incident itself should contact police on 101.
