Queen Street has closed to buses and taxis this morning as part of the £440m Westgate redevelopment.
The thoroughfare will be closed until November as work on the shopping centre continues in the city centre.
Oxford Bus Company and Stagecoach services usually stopping at or using Queen Street will be diverted onto other city roads.
The X3 service to Abingdon will not be able to reach the normal St Aldates stop and will instead operate from Speedwell Street and then pick up outside the police station.
The Park and Ride 300 from Redbridge will no longer drop off in Castle Street but in St Aldates by High Street instead.
Stagecoach services - 3, 8/9 and S5 will being from Speedwell Street and inbound journeys will not continue on to Castle Street or Bonn Square.
