AFTER snapping a selfie with one of Hollywood's rising stars, little did an Oxford schoolgirl know she would be walking in her footsteps as she heads off to the same prestigious performing arts school.

Florrie Antoniou, 14, captured the magic of meeting actress Lilly James who not only played Cinderella in Disney's remake last year but was also a student at Tring Park School for Performing Arts.

Florrie, who lives in Old Boar's Hill, will be starting at the same school in September on the performance foundation course, specialising in musical theatre.

The former Dragon School pupil - which is also a hotbed for acting talent with alumni including Tom Hiddleston, Hugh Laurie and Emma Watson - said: "I am ecstatic to be joining Tring Park.

"I can't wait to meet more people who have the same interests and ambitions as I do and be able to improve on my training."

Previously Florrie was a member of the National Youth Musical Theatre and also trained with West End Masterclass, which is run Olivier Award nominee, Michael Xavier.

She added: "I have loved my training at NYMT and WEM and can't wait to be doing it all the time!"
