Brittanie Andrena Clarke, 23, of Merlin Road, Blackbird Leys, Oxford pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while over the alcohol limit on July 16 this year in Oxpens Road, Oxford. Fined £110. Ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 14 months.

Lucy Emily Jenkins, 24, of Lyndworth Close, Oxford, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while above the alcohol limit on July 16 this year in Augustine Road, Oxford. Fined £110. Ordered to pay a surcharge of £20 to fund victim services and to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.

Karen Lewis, 46, of Hendred Street, Oxford, pleaded guilty to criminal damage of property valued under £5000 on June 10. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Ordered to pay To pay compensation of £100. To pay a surcharge of £20 to fund victim services and to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Jamie Anderson, 25, of Blenheim Road, Kidlington, Oxford, pleaded guilty to assaulting Leon Sofroniou by beating him in Gloucester Green on June 5. Fined £200. Ordered to pay compensation of £200. To pay a surcharge of £20 to fund victim services and to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Ian Wylie, 39, of Old Road, Headington, Oxford, pleaded guilty to stealing a front bike wheel to the value of £75 at Oxford Railway Station, Park End Street, on June 7. Fined £110. Ordered to pay compensation of £100. To pay a surcharge of £30 to fund victim services and to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Adam Rakoczy, 34, of Wilkins Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while over the alcohol limit on July 15 this year. Fined £120. Ordered to pay a surcharge of £30 to fund victim services and to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.

Declan Townsend, 20, of Field Assarts, Witney, pleaded guilty to assaulting Alex Carver by beating him on October 29 last year in Oxford. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Ordered to pay a surcharge of £15 to fund victim services and to pay costs of £450 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

George Bricknell, 26, of Barrow Road, Shippon, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to assaulting Muhammad Adnan by beating him in Abingdon on March 13 this year. Fined £500. Ordered to pay compensation of £100. To pay surcharge of £50 fund victim services and to pay costs of £85.00 to the Crown Prosecution Service. Also pleaded guilty to making off without paying a taxi fare in March 13 in Thornhill Walk, Abingdon. Fined £400. Ordered to pay compensation of £20.

Ralph Porter, 37, of Marlborough Road, Oxford, admitted stealing two bottles of Moet and a newspaper worth £50.40 from Sainsbury’s in the Westgate shopping centre, Oxford, on February 22. Also admitted failing without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on August 5. Ordered to pay a total of £136.40 compensation and £85 costs. One other offence taken into consideration.

Aaron Union, 20, of Market End Way, Bicester, admitted assaulting a man by beating him in Bicester on March 16 and failing to surrender to custody at Banbury Magistrates’ Court on June 2. Ordered to pay £400 compensation and £85 costs. 

BANBURY

Daniel Adderley, 32, of Waterford Road, Witney, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Corn Street, Witney, on July 16. Fined £200 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Michelle Bone, 28, of Launton Road, Bicester, admitted driving while unfit through drug on the A41 at Bicester on May 19. Also admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug. Fined £300 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 12 months.

Michelle Briggs, 33, of Meredith Close, Bicester, admitted stealing clothing and a suitcase worth £185.10 from Primark in Banbury on July 22 and £65 worth of perfume from Castle Quay shopping centre in Banbury the next day. Given a nine-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge.

Richard Butler, 39, of no fixed address, admitted possessing heroin, a Class A drug, in Banbury on July 12. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £20 costs.

Daniel Dunican, 25, of Crumps Butts, Bicester, admitted possessing cocaine, a Class A drug, in Bicester on July 16. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £50 costs.

Jozef Gil, 56, of Magnolia Way, Carterton, admitted drink-driving on Downs Road, Witney, on June 19. Had 188 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of blood over the 80mg legal limit. Fined £440 and ordered to pay a £44 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Rebecca Heyworth, 56, of Bridge Street, Witney, admitted being the owner of a dog - a Northern Inuit breed - which was dangerously out of control in Co-op on Witney High Street on May 6. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £500 compensation, a £20 victim surcharge and £30 costs. Also told to keep the dog Linka under control with a muzzle and a lead in public at all times or else it will be destroyed.

Demir Lleshi, 29, of Bartholomew Road, Oxford, admitted drink-driving on Frieze Way, Kidlington, on July 17. Had 47 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg legal limit. Fined £440 and ordered to pay a £44 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 14 months.

Reece Steele, 23, of Jordan Hill Road, Oxford, admitted drink-driving on Haseley Road, Little Milton, on June 18. Had 192 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of blood over the 80mg legal limit. Fined £120 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 20 months.
