TWO men have denied conspiring to supply counterfeit medicine and drugs.
Gediminas Staskevicius, 30, of Moorbank, Blackbird Leys, and Vytautas Staskevicius, 29, of Great Ann Street, Bristol, appeared at Oxford Crown Court yesterday.
Both denied conspiracy to supply unauthorised medicine, conspiracy to supply prescription-only medicines, possessing unauthorised medicinal products, and possessing prescription-only medicines with intent to supply them otherwise than in accordance with prescriptions of an appropriate practitioner.
The pair also denied possessing Tramadol, a class C drug, with intent to supply, and three counts of unauthorised use of a trademark.
The offences allegedly took place between March 2015 and July 2015.
Both were released on bail and are due to appear before the same court for trial on February 6.
