AN EXPLOSIVE end to the bank holiday weekend had motorcycle daredevils hot and bothered at the Uffington White Horse Show.
Riders thundered through flames whilst historic aircraft roared overhead to produce a spectacular two-day event yesterday and today.
The Royal Signals white Helmets Motorcycle Display Team leapt through smoke and flames to wow the crowds before an impressive touch of motorcycle acrobatics to round off the stunts.
Each year the programme is bursting with thrills and excitement for all the family and once again this year proved a success among revellers.
This included both Hurricanes and Spitfires being flown overhead and firmly on the ground there was also a host of motor displays including tractors.
The Wantage Silver band help entertain down on the ground beneath the blazing sunshine as families relaxed amid the stunt-filled arenas.
It wasn't just the daredevils taking part but the daring ducks and dogs too from the Old Berks Hounds who wowed the crowds with a flawless parade and elsewhere in the show Meirion Owen leading his synchronised duck display team round the ring.
