Oxford

Alex Crossan, 35, of Meadow View Road, Kennington, admitted drink-driving in Abingdon Road, Oxford, on August 28. Had 117 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg legal limit. Fined £500 and ordered to pay a £50 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 28 months.

Hayley Jones, 28, of Beacon View, Lewknor, admitted drink-driving in Towersey Road, Thame, on August 28. Had 78 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the 35mcg legal limit. Fined £280, ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 18 months.

Carl Webster, 22, of Croxford Gardens, Kidlington, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of unlawful violence in Park End Street, Oxford, on August 27. Given a community order with an eight-week curfew between 7pm and 5.30am and ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Paul Armstrong, 36, of Minchery Road, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Between Towns Road, Oxford, on August 28. Given a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

Catherine Payne, 49, of The Leys, Witney, admitted speeding at 39mph in a 30mph zone on Ducklington Lane, Witney, on August 20, 2015. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Richardo Senior, 30, Cowley Road, Oxford, admitted drink-driving on Woodstock Road, Oxford, on August 27. Fined £185 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 15 months.

Mariusz Mielczarek, 40, of Plantation Road, Oxford, was convicted of fishing without a licence on Port Meadow, Oxford, on June 11. Fined £220 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £127.47 costs.

Henryk Witaszek, 46, of Plantation Road, Oxford, was convicted of fishing in Port Meadow without a licence on June 11. Fined £220 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £127.47 costs.

Bartlomiej Witkowski, 30, of Plantation Road, Oxford, was convicted of fishing on Port Meadow without a licence in the close season. Fined a total of £440 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £127.47 costs.

Graeme Brown of Churchill Close, Didcot, admitted failing to provide Oxfordshire County Council with information regarding the driver of a motor vehicle on whom a written notice was served on April 27. Fined £60 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £50 costs.

Samantha Lucas of Rising Hill, Upper Heyford, admitted failing to make her child attend school in Bicester between January 5 and May 13. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £80 costs.

Banbury

Katrina Paterson, 49, of Water Lane, Drayton St Leonard, near Wallingford, admitted speeding at 36mph in a 30mph zone on Watlington Road, Oxford, on January 20. Fined £500 and ordered to pay a £50 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with three points.

Maja Marynowska, 35, of Lower Close, Carterton, admitted speeding in a 30mph zone on Ducklington Lane, Witney, on July 3, 2015. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Lee Creed, 27, of Quarry House, Quarry Road, Chadlington, admitted causing criminal damage to a red Ford Focus belonging to Colin Prew in Church Road, Chadlington, on August 7. Also admitted causing criminal damage to an Audi A3 belonging to Michael Marven in Stonelee Close, Chadlington, a front door belonging to Lisa Gardner in Church Road, Chadlington, and a Honda Jazz belonging to Anthony Brice, in Chadlington, on the same date. Also admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of their duty and committing a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. Ordered to pay £3,497.63 compensation, £85 costs, a £300 fine and a £30 victim surcharge.

Kasey Hammerton, 23, of Sherbourne Road, Witney, admitted causing criminal damage to the front windscreen of a white Kia Sportage belonging to Lynn Lay in Witney on June 29. Also admitted using threatening or abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of or provoke unlawful violence towards Faye Williams and Lynn Lay in Witney on June 29. Also admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of their duty. Handed a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £80 compensation, a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Michael Hardisty, 33, of no fixed abode, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to sign the sex offenders register at police station from August 17. Handed a four-week sentence and ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

Roger Radburn, 41, of Marston Street, Oxford, admitted handling stolen goods in Cowley Road, Oxford, on September 4. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £100 compensation, £40 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

Lester McCalla, 38, of Rymans Lane, Oxford, admitted attempting to steal clothing worth £224.95 from DW Sports, at Templars Shopping Park, Between Towns Road, Oxford, on November 21 last year. Also admitted assaulting Chantelle Clifford by beating her in Between Towns Road, Oxford. Handed a four-week sentence and ordered to pay an £80 victim surcharge.

Marcus Pitts, 23, of Miller Road, Banbury, admitted assaulting Henry Streeton by beating him in High Street, Banbury, on March 20. Handed a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £582 compensation, a £15 victim surcharge and £200 costs.
