A CONSERVATIVE activist from a village near Witney has been selected as the candidate for the Minster Lovell and Hanborough division at next year’s county council elections.
Former Conservative Future chairman Liam Walker, from Minster Lovell, was selected by members on Tuesday.
He said he was “honoured” to be chosen and that he would now fight to win the support of residents across the division.
The current county councillor for the area is Louise Chapman.
