A community is in shock after the landlady of The Old Bookbinders in Jericho died suddenly on Monday.
Jacky Sadones' son Josh posted on Facebook to say the pub, as well as The Three Horseshoes in Garsington which is also owned by the family, would be closed until at least tomorrow evening.
He said his mother was " loving and caring, kind and honest".
Campaign for Real Ale Oxford branch spokesman Dave Richardson said: "CAMRA would like to express condolences to the family, they have done very well to turn the pub around."
