BANBURY

Maciej Curzydlo, 38, of Mold Crescent, Banbury, admitted drink-driving in Mold Crescent, Banbury, on September 11. Had 53 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £250 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Handed a one-year driving ban.

Edward Grant, 22, of Southern Bypass, North Hinksey, admitted driving without insurance on the A40 Bypass, Witney, on September 15. Also admitted aggravated vehicle taking on the same date. Fined £500 and ordered to pay a £50 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Handed a 12-month driving ban.

Majid Khan, 33, of Fergusson Road, Banbury, admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Banbury on July 26. Fined £80 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

Zoe Philson, 42, of Eastfield Road, Witney, admitted stealing a charity donation tin containing donations belonging to the Oxfordshire Animal Sanctuary in Corn Street, Witney, on August 3. Also admitted stealing charity donations belonging to Costa Coffee Foundation from Woolgate Shopping Centre, Market Square, Witney, on August 10. Also admitted stealing money from Hunters Cake Cafe, High Street, Witney, on September 7. Handed a community order with a prohibited activity requirement. Also ordered to pay £15 compensation, an £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £30 compensation.

Tyler Biddiss, 21, of Church Rose, Finstock, admitted drug-driving in Church Rise, Finstock, Chipping Norton, on August 22. Had 200 micrograms of Benzoylecgonine per litre of blood, exceeding the limit of 50 micrograms. Fined £120 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs. Handed a 36-month driving ban.

Alan Mohammed, 30, of Western Crescent, Banbury, admitted selling alcohol to a person under 18 in Banbury on August 24. Fined £445 and ordered to pay a £45 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Steven McCabe, 37, of Rotary Way, Banbury, admitted failing without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Banbury Magistrates' Court on September 28. Fined £60 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge.

Andrew Boxer, 66, of Queen Street, Eynsham, Witney, admitted three counts of possessing indecent photographs of a child in Queen Street, Eynsham, Witney, on July 23, 2014. Also admitted distributing an indecent photograph of a child. Handed a community order with a supervision requirement. Made subject to a sexual harm prevention order and told to pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also ordered to sign the sex offenders register.

Richard Turrell, of Marriott Close, Wootton, admitted drink-driving on the A44, Bladon Roundabout, Woodstock, on July 3. Had 297 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of urine, exceeding the limit of 107 micrograms. Fined £500 and ordered to pay a £50 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Handed a two-year driving ban.

Tiziano Bollati, 44, of Sherwood Place, Oxford, was convicted in his absence for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver or rider vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence when required between September 23 2015 and October 21 2015. Fined £660. Ordered to pay costs of £85. Disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months.

Christopher Gerrard Oleary, 27, of Red Bridge Hollow, Old Abingdon Road, Oxford, was convicted in his absence of using a motor vehicle on a road or public place without third party insurance on September 18 2015. Fined £660. Ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £66 and costs of £85. Driving record endorsed with six points.

Lorenzo Mighty, 58, Springfield Avenue, Banbury, pleaded guilty to assaulted Hayley Orwa by beating her. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £20 and to pay costs of £40 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
