JASON PAUL DEAN, 48, of Fern Hill Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with a requirement of section 79 of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005, namely failing to declare deposits of more than £1,000 between September 22, 2015 and March 22, 2016. Fined £715. Ordered to pay a £72 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

GRAHAM CHARLES GLOYN, 64, of Eynsham Road, Cassington, pleaded guilty to breaching his sexual harm order. Namely in Oxford, Gloyn entered toilets to which the public have access and used the facilities, which he was prohibited from doing by a risk of sexual harm order, made by Oxford Magistrates’ Court on July 25, 2016. Fined £185. Ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

AYMAN QUAID, 30, of Tawney Street, Oxford, pleaded guilty to possessing a quantity of cannabis resin, a controlled drug of Class B at Abingdon Police Station on September 13, 2016. Fined £155. Ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Cannabis to be forfeited under section 27 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and destroyed.

MICHAEL JOHN REGAN, 36, of Marjoram Close, Oxford, pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled drug of Class B, cannabis, and a controlled drug of Class A, cocaine, on May 18, 2016 in Oxford. Fined £250. Ordered to pay a £180 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Cannabis to be forfeited under section 27 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and destroyed by Thames Valley Police. Cocaine to be forfeited under section 27 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and destroyed by Thames Valley Police.

MARTELL LEVI OSMAN, 19, of Copse Lane, Oxford, indicated a plea of guilty of possessing a controlled drug of Class B, cannabis, in Oxford on September 14, 2016. Fined £80. Ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge. Cannabis to be forfeited under section 27 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and destroyed.

RENAN BASILIO RIBEIRO, 23, of Thames View Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled drug of Class A, MDMA, and a controlled drug of Class B, cannabis, at Cowley Police Station on July 24, 2016. Both offences discharged conditionally for 12 months. Ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge. MDMA to be forfeited under section 27 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and destroyed.

SAKUNTALA YONGYA, 27, of Fiennes Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle in Cowley on August 22, 2016, while over the legal alcohol limit. Yongya measured 169 milligrammes of alcohol in 100ml of blood. Fined £120. Ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

KRISTIAN PAUL MARONEY, 20, of Broadoak, Wood Farm, pleaded guilty to breaching a non-molestation order on three separate occasions. Committed to prison for 18 weeks suspended for 12 months.The defendant must comply with the following requirements within the supervision period of 12 months. Carry out unpaid work for 80 hours within the next 12 months. Ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

GEORGE EDWARD MORGAN, 27, of Chilton Field Way, Chilton, Didcot, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified on August 29, 2016. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Also indicated a plea of guilty to possessing a controlled drug of Class A, cocaine, in Abingdon on the same day. Fined £400.

RASHAUN RAHEM STOUTE, 22, pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman on four occasions between April 30, and July 30, 2016, in Oxford by beating her. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months. Also handed a rehabilitation activity requirement and unpaid work for 80 hours within the next 12 months. Ordered to pay compensation of £200, a £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

GEAN RONCHI, 42, of Wood Farm Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to being in charge of a motor vehicle in Thames Street on July 3, 2016, while over the legal alcohol limit. Ronchi measured 87 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath – exceeded the prescribed limit. Fined £265. Ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 60 days.

CLAYTON MOILOA, 21, of Jordan Hill Road, Oxford, admitted causing criminal damage by destroying a HTC mobile phone worth £250 belonging to Megan Carnegie in St Aldate’s, Oxford, on July 23. Also admitted causing criminal damaging by destroying a driving licence belonging to Megan Carnegie between May 1 and May 31 in Jordan Hill Road, Oxford. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £270 compensation and £50 costs.

PETER BROWN, 31, of HMP Bullingdon, admitted stealing a bottle of alcohol from Waitrose in Oxford on February 15. Also admitted causing actual bodily harm to Alireza Azimi Kalkhorani in Oxford on February 15. Jailed for nine weeks and ordered to pay £80 compensation.
