TRAFFIC has returned to normal after the earlier closure of the A40 following a collision between a car and a lorry.
It was shut eastbound between Witney and the Eynsham roundabout around 7am this morning but has since re-openend.

It happened close to Barnard Gate and there were reports of delays of up to an hour travelling into Oxford and 20 minute delays travelling the opposite direction.
