Smith Brian Of Arncott, died peacefully on Sunday 7th May 2017 at the Churchill Hospital aged 71. Much loved husband of Val, loving dad to Tania and Adam and grandad to Ciara, Matthew, Evan and Thomas. Funeral service will be held at Oxford Crematorium on Friday 26th May at 12:00. Family flowers only please, but if desired donations for the Haematology Unit at the Churchill Hospital or Leukaemia CARE my be sent to L. Hartness Funeral Service, 11 Victoria Road, Bicester OX26 6QD. Cheques made payable to: Oxford Radcliffe Hospital Charitable Funds (Haematology Fund) or Leukaemia CARE.
