A FORMER soldier, a British Airways cabin crew member, teachers and scientists are among 28 people who will be ordained Deacons in special services at Christ Church Cathedral in Oxford.
The services will take place in the cathedral off St Aldate’s in Oxford on Saturday at 10am, 2pm and 6pm.
The newly ordained Deacons will mainly serve as curates in parishes across the Diocese of Oxford, which covers Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.
