A BOARDING school has applied to build 13 new homes in Radley for staff.
Radley College has applied to refurbish staff accommodation in Church Road and build more on adjoining land.
In documents submitted to Vale of White Horse District Council, it said the development was ‘necessary because of internal campus reconfiguration’.
The 0.68 hectare site is currently made up of nine buildings, of which one will be demolished as part of the plan.
Planning documents describe the new homes as having ‘bespoke designs patterned to follow the farm building typology’.
