A PETITION demanding protection for a town’s green spaces will be brought before councillors.
At a South Oxfordshire District Council meeting on Thursday at 6pm, residents in Didcot will be demanding a response to their petition, which calls for measures to protect green spaces from being built upon.
The petition was a reaction to the Didcot Garden Town plans that first arose in January, which looked at building a technology campus on Ladygrove Park.
The meeting will be held at the Fountain Conference Centre, in Howbery Park.
