Leaders Charlbury crashed to 72 all out as Faringdon ran out nine-wicket winners to keep their slim OCA League Division 1 title hopes alive.

Mike Hume took 4-24 and Mark Sizzey 3-14 for the visitors, before Rob Brown (45no) led Faringdon to 73-1.

Witney Swifts sealed promotion to Division 1 as they beat a depleted Wantage by 147 runs.

Kieran Foggett hit 93 not out as Swifts racked up 253-7 against their nine-man hosts.

Alfie Saunders then claimed 5-50 in Wantage’s 106 all ou.

Chadlington lost to visitors Clifton Hampden by five wickets.

George Chipchase (62no) top-scored in Chadlington’s to 148-9, but Matthew Thacker (48) and Steve Shepherd (38no) then led Clifton to 149-5.

Sam Jones (97) and Ben Smitten (69no) starred for Eynsham as they cruised to a nine-wicket win at home to Marsh Gibbon.

Sam Richardson (70) helped Marsh to 178-5, before Eynsham eased in at 179-1.

Dave Brassett took 5-20 as Chipping Norton shot out hosts Wootton & Boars Hill for 67.

Billy Webb then claimed 4-39 for Wootton, but Chippy reached 71-5 to seal victory.

Hanborough saw off visitors Cairns Fudge by eight wickets in Division 3.

Jake Halsey (5-37) and Will Potter (3-26) combined to dismiss Fudge for 109, before Matty Gorman struck 62 not out in Hanborough’s 113-2.

Stanton Harcourt hammered visitors Fringford by 205 runs.

Arun White (90no), Joel Graham (58) and Luke Pettifer (57no) helped Stanton to 270-4 in their 45 overs.

Pettifer then claimed 4-9 as Fringford were skittled for 65.

Kilkenny saw off visitors Risinghurst by five wickets.

Tom Valentine’s 5-39 saw Risinghurst struggle to 141 all out.

Josh Bishop led the reply with 67 not out in the hosts’ 142-5.

In Division 4, Bampton eased to an eight-wicket win at home to West Ilsley to maintain their title challenge.

Restricting Ilsley to 175-5, Bampton eased home at 176-2 as Jake Payne hit 68 not out.

Combe closed the gap on leaders Hook Norton to five points as they crushed hosts Ducklington by ten wickets in Division 5.

Robbie Nicholson took 3-22 in Ducklington’s 92 all out, before slamming a quickfire 66 not out to steer his side to 94-0.

Chipping Norton 2nd saw off hosts East & West Hendred 2nd by six wickets in Division 6.

After restricting Hendred to 166-9, Chippy eased home at 170-4 as Tom Cripps struck 67 not out.

Duncan Macdonald’s century saw Kilkenny 2nd to a 101-run win at Witney Swifts .

Macdonald scored 118 and Mike Ryan 56 as Kilkenny rattled up 245-7 in Division 7.

Swifts were dismissed for 144 in reply as Steve Poole took 4-36.

In Division 8 North, Chadlington made just 115-8 as they lost by six wickets at leaders Risinghurst 2nd.
