BUS users have been urged to spend their old pound coins after it was revealed drivers will not accept them after October 15.
The coin will be de-monetised on that date and Oxford Bus Company has encouraged people to get rid of them on its buses by then.
All the county’s parking machines are expected to be upgraded by October.
