BERINSFIELD schoolboy Ben Warne will take part in a disabled-friendly sports day tomorrow along with celebrities and TV stars.
The 11-year-old, who has learning disabilities, became a village celebrity earlier this year after regular trips on his specially-adapted bike.
He won a competition to take in the Celebrity Superhero Tri which will see children and adults swim, cycle and run in teams, each led by a celebrity or Paralympian.
Ben will tackle the three kilometre bike ride for his team, which is fronted by Channel 4’s Last Leg presenter and comedian Adam Hills.
