A DEVELOPER has lodged more details for a 38-home estate near Wantage.
Mactaggart & Mickel Homes England is due to submit a reserved matters planning application to Vale of White Horse District Council, for the homes at Challow Park.
The housebuilder has bought the land from Greenlight Developments, which won permission to build the homes last year.
It will propose 25 private homes with two-five bedrooms, and 13 affordable homes with one-three bedrooms.
Company director Craig Ormond said the homes would be ‘attractive’ and a ‘perfect fit for this beautiful village’.
