SEXUALLY-transmitted infections in Oxfordshire are below the national average, health bosses will be told today.
Rates of gonorrhoea, chlamydia and other STIs have stayed lower than the rest of the UK in the county as a whole, however levels in Oxford city remain higher, probably due to its younger age profile.
The update report will be put to Oxfordshire County Council’s Health Improvement Partnership Board in a meeting today aiming to address problem health areas.
Members of public are welcome to attend the session at Oxford Town Hall from 2pm.
