‘FATHER Christmas’ will arrive at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford by helicopter today.
Service personnel from RAF Benson near Wallingford are planning to use the unusual mode of transport to make a Christmas present delivery on Santa’s behalf this morning.
If weather conditions are too bad, the team will travel by road to make the special festive visit.
The Headington hospital said it was delighted to be welcoming the RAF crew and its young patients would especially pleased.
See the Oxford Mail for a full report of the visit in the coming days.
