BANBURY MAGISTRATES'

JOHN KEENAN, 79, of Thame Road, Stadhampton, Oxford, admitted speeding at Chiselhampton on February 7 by driving 38 mph in a 30 mph area. He was fined £80 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for six months.

CARL ELLIS, 52, of Ardley Road, Fewcott, Oxfordshire, admitted using a mobile phone while driving at Kings End, Bicester on May 18. He was fined £150 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for six months.

ADAM COLES, 36, of Middleton Road, Banbury, admitted using racially aggravated threatening or abusive words or behaviour at McDonalds, Beaumont Road, Banbury, on November 4. He was given a conditional discharge for 18 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

AZIZ SCOTT, 26, of Great Close Road, Yarnton, Oxfordshire, admitted driving while above the legal alcohol limit at Kidlington on November 5. He was fined £340 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 16 months.

ELLA SYME, 31, of Ray Road, Bicester, admitted possessing a knife at Kingsclere Avenue, Bicester, on August 13 as well as committing the offence while subject to a conditional discharge. She was made subject to a community order to include mental health treatment requirement for six months and a rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days. She must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

CRAIG MUNGALL, 35, of Wood Rush Green, Carterton, admitted affray on December 3 at Rocket public house, Witney. He was made subject to an exclusion order at Rocket for 12 months and was fined £250 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £500.

LEON SNELSON, 33, of Home Close, Carterton, admitted affray on December 3 at Rocket public house, Witney. He was made subject to an exclusion order at Rocket for 12 months and was fined £580 and must pay a victim surcharge of £58 and court costs of £85.

DAVID STANLEY, 33, of Hornbeam Road, Bicester, admitted assaulting a woman at Bicester on November 21. He was made subject to a community order to include participation in the building better relationships programme for 30 days and a rehabilitation activity requirement for 25 days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

JAMES BUTLER, 25, of Grimsbury Drive, Banbury, admitted attempted burglary of a dwelling at Parklands, Banbury, on October 21. He was made subject to a community order to include a rehabilitation activity requirement of 20 days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

OXFORD MAGISTRATES'

JAKE GOODWIN, 23, of Balfour Road, Oxford, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress in Gloucester Street, Oxford on September 24. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

JOHN CLARKE MCCLEMENTS, 57, of Sellwood Road, Abingdon admitted breaching a restraining order on September 10 in Abingdon. He was fined £80 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

DAWID WICH, 27, Balliol Drive, Didcot, admitted refusing to do a breath test in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence in Abingdon on October 7. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £200. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

RACHEL MASON, 33, of Barns Road, admitted causing criminal damage to a police vehicle in St Clements, Leopold Street, Oxford on November 6 and assaulting a a police officer at Abingdon Police Station on November 6. She must pay compensation of £75 and £50 and pay court costs of £85.

SIMON ANDREW TALBOT, 28, of Liddell Road, Oxford admitted drink driving in the B4495 Headley Way, Oxford on September 12. Had 90mlg of alcohol in 100ml of blood, exceeding the limit of 80mlg. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £100. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

VIOREL ZLAT, 18, of Gatling Road, London admitted attempting to enter a building as a trespasser with intent to steal at the Mettex Electrico warehouse in Thorpe Way, Banbury on November 4. A community order was made and he must carry out 50 hours unpaid work within the next 12 months. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

RYAN RULE, 36, of Clinton Close, Oxford was convicted of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Cowley Road, Oxford on May 20. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £150.

JAY REYNOLDS, 20, of Regal Close, Abingdon admitted breaching the requirements of a community order on September 21, Septmber 25 and September 26. An order was made and 10 hours unpaid work were added to the original 100 hours to be carried out in the next 12 months and court costs of £60 must be paid.

HODAN JAMA, 19, of Freelands Road, Oxford, admitted breaching the requirements of a community order on October 3 and October 10. An order was made and 10 hours unpaid work were added to the original 40 hours to be carried out in the next 12 months and court costs of £60 must be paid.

NAOMI LEWIS, 20, of Reynolds Way, Abingdon, admitted breaching an the requirements of a community order on September 4 and October 16. She was fined £50 and court costs of £60.
