A 23-year-old woman charged with causing death by inconsiderate driving has appeared at court for the first time.
Alice Smith from Albermarle Drive, Grove, attended Oxford Magistrates’ Court yesterday afternoon.
She is charged with causing the death of Lewis Hasson, also in his 20s, from Swindon, who was a passenger in her Ford Fiesta when she collided with a Range Rover coming in the opposite direction on the B4507 at Ashbury.
The crash happened at about 8.25pm on September 9 and Ms Smith is charged with inconsiderate or careless driving without due care or attention.
