A PLANNING application for an extension to the Didcot army barracks has been registered.
The application is for a new single storey flat roof to be added to the Ammunition Store, building six at the Vauxhall Barracks.
They say this will provide 'much needed additional space.'
All materials used in the additional build will be matched to those in the existing building, which is known as the guard room, with facing brick walls and a felted flat roof construction.
South Oxfordshire District Council plan to make a decision by June 11.
Members of the public are welcome to view the proposed application using the reference number P18/S1217/FUL at southoxon.gov.uk
