A WELL-known meaty mannequin will attend Hailey Village Fete this month.
Mr Baker the Butcher, who can usually be seen outside Bakers Butchers in Market Square, Witney, will be taking part in the ‘guess my birthday’ competition at the event at Hailey Recreation Ground on Saturday, June 16.
The shop is offering a hamper of choice cuts for the winning guess while a fruit and vegetable stall from Witney market will provide a prize for the competition's runner-up.
Other attractions on the day will include a cakes marquee, a tug of war, a tombola, remote control banger racing, a dog show, table stalls, a bouncy castle and much more.
The event will run from midday to 4pm.
