DAVID HARLAND, 67, of South Moreton, Didcot, was convicted of speeding by driving 100mph in a 70mph area at the M40 Beaconsfield, on October 23. He was fined £500 and must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Banned from entering the Co-op in Abingdon for three months. Compensation £14.84.
MATTHEW CHAND, 25, of Fernhill Road, Oxford, admitted to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Leicester Magistrates’ Court by missing an unpaid work requirement on April 14 and April 28. Community order revoked. Costs £50 and fined £769.

AMANDA COX, 45, of Edward Street, Banbury, was convicted of being the parent of a boy who failed to regularly attend school between September 5 and November 6. Fined £150, victim surcharge £30 and costs £176.
EMMA SIMPSON, of Bretch Hill, Banbury, was convicted of being the parent of a boy who failed to regularly attend school between October 9 and December 8. Fined £300, victim surcharge £30 and costs £176.
SEAN MARK BENNETT, 57, of Westfield Road, Wheatley, was convicted of exceeding 70mph on the M40 in Bicester on February 15. Fined £300, victim surcharge £30 and costs £85. Five penalty points.
