FAMILIES are being encouraged to put on their cowboy boots and take a trip to the wild west without ever leaving the county.
The ever-popular maize maze at Millets Farm in Frilford has returned with an all-new theme.
Cowboys and cowgirls are invited to head down to the farm and explore the new frontiers on offer.
TODAY: Oxford community garden invites families to come and explore and try out its pizza oven
With the Wild West theme at its heart and strictly not for the faint hearted, this year's maze involves deciphering Native American-style smoke rings to find an escape.
Children can also try collecting stamps to complete their bucking bronco or attempt an easier challenge with the mini maze.
There are also woodland games, a fort maze and courtyard games to keep the whole family entertained, as well as a bouncy castle, trampolines, rides on tractors, pedal go-kart and much more besides.
THIS WEEKEND: Truck Festival-goers enjoy the sun - mostly...
In September there will be an opportunity to explore the maze under the cover of darkness during two special ‘torchlight nights’.
