A STASH of engraved jewelery has been stolen from a family in Wheatley.
Police have released an E-Fit picture of the burglar who broke into the home in Old London Road on Friday, July 20.
It happened between 10.40am and 11.20am.
Thames Valley Police said the family, as they were leaving the house, were approached by a man offering gutter cleaning services which they declined.
They returned home to find the house had been broken into and jewellery stolen, a lot of which was engraved.
Investigating officer, PC Janine Smallbone based at Didcot police station, said: “This was a distressing incident for the family.
“We hope the distribution of this E-Fit image of the offender can help us to locate him.
“If you recognise the man in this image or have any information about this incident, please call 101 quoting 43180221864."
