IT was a pretty tear-able day for one motorcyclist on his way to work in Oxford on June 18, 1976.
Even cars stuck in the morning traffic felt sorry for the biker whose drive to work in the Oxford rush hour turned into a frantic paper chase under the Botley Road railway bridge.
Some drivers abandoned their cars to help him pick up the papers, which had spilled from a box and were strewn all over the road.
