A VICTORIAN village church is set to be converted into a family home under new plans.
The Methodist Church has applied for planning permission to convert its building in Blewbury near Didcot.
The plans include demolition of an existing rear extension and construction of a new rear extension.
For sale: Centuries-old village pubBin and cycle storage areas would also be created at the 1860s Wesleyan chapel as well as parking space.
In its submission to South Oxfordshire District Council the church said its building had already been empty for five years, and described the dilapidated and unsafe condition of some parts.
See the full planning application at whitehorsedc.gov.uk using application reference number P19/V1421/FUL.
The council is aiming to make a decision in August.
