Weather update from Met Office
8:33am Wednesday 23rd December 2009 in
BRIGHT sunshine and highs of two degrees are expected today, although the Met Office predicts heavy rain this evening and into tomorrow morning.
Rain is expected to clear on Christmas Day, which is likely to be cloudy and cold with temperatures of up to three degrees.

And guess what, no surprise here, there website forecast is the exact opposite of above. It says AND I QUOTE:
Cloudy and cold with outbreaks of rain or sleet. A risk of quite icy conditions at first, especially towards the west and perhaps some fog patches. Some brighter spells possible.
They can't even forecast the same day! Pretty good though after the event. Oh dear.
