More sleet or snow is forecast for Oxfordshire this afternoon with temperatures predicted to fall to -1°C tonight.
Met Office forecasters said tomorrow would be brighter with some sunshine, but it would remain cold with an increasing risk of wintry showers through the day, and a maximum temperature of 5°C.
