A man appeared in court after being charged with raping a 21-year-old woman in Witney.
Patrick Juste, 25, of Sycamore Drive, Carterton, was denied bail at Oxford Crown Court and remanded in custody.
He will reappear on Monday for a plea and case management hearing.
Another man, Mark Just, 25, from Sedge Way, Carterton, has also been charged with rape following the incident in Church Lane in the early hours of Saturday.
