Lighting the Tree in Remembrance of our Loved Ones
Every Christmas, a giant Lights of Love Tree is erected at the Churchill Hospital, covered in lights in memory of loved ones who are no longer with us. This year, we will once again be holding a memorial service and lighting the tree.
The Lights of Love Tree will be lit on Saturday 13 December at 3.30 pm.
A short service will be held near to the tree and guests will have an opportunity to view the Books of Remembrance. You are very welcome to join us at the service and take part by dedicating a light.
The Lights of Love is open to everyone, not just for those who have lost someone at Sobell House. If you are not able to attend the service, you can still dedicate a light, and your message will be on the tree throughout the Christmas period.
If you would like to dedicate a light, please contact the Charity Office for a pack on 01865 857007
