A 40-year-old man was ordered to pay £850 in fines and costs after he admitted assaulting a British Transport Police officer and a string of other crimes.
Nigel Percival, of Greenford Avenue, Ealing, London, admitted assaulting two members of train staff, a British Transport Police officer, possession of cannabis and being drunk and disorderly, at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on January 13.
Percival was arrested at Hanborough station on December 10 last year.
He was ordered to pay £300 in fines, £450 in compensation, £85 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.
