A 40-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested on suspicion of arson after a fire at an empty home in Cowley Road. The man, of no fixed address, was arrested on Wednesday and has now been detained under the Mental Health Act.
No one was in the house when the blaze broke out at about 3.45pm.
