TWO thousand sandbags have been sent to the flood scene in South Hinksey.
Oxfordshire County Council has sent the bags after a burst water main this morning.
Twelve homes have been flooded with residents evacuated and others trapped in their homes after the 24 inch main burst at 6.55am. Police, firefighters and Thames Water staff are at the scene.
