A KOSOVAN-ALBANIAN has been sent to Broadmoor and told he will be behind bars for at least 19 years after admitting beheading his boss at the Oxfordshire Golf Club.
Jonathan Limani, 34, has this afternoon admitted manslaughter due to diminished responsibility over the death of Chris Varian at the venue in Milton Common, near Thame, in August 2010.
Limani, who had only recently moved to Britain, was working at the venue when he attacked and killed Mr Varian, 32.
He used a cheese knife to behead the victim, Judge Anthony King was told, at Oxford Crown Court.
Limani was suffering from hallucinations at the time and said God had told him to do it, Judge King was also told.
Limani has been sentenced to life, serving a minimum of 19 years, under a hybrid order.
He will initially be sent to Broadmoor mental hospital and only released to a conventional prison once psychiatrists have assessed him fit to leave.
