University protest goes on despite the rain

Protesters camped outside Oxford Brookes University have had to remake their banners after they were “pulverised” by heavy rain and high winds over the weekend.

The Occupy Brookes camp was set up on Wednesday, April 18, to protest against tuition fee increases, and the university’s fee waivers and bursaries package.

Well, 18th April was when this rain started. Maybe if they went back to their Halls or shared houses the sun would come back?

Well they're obviously not that serious about studying, so they could go one step further, and go home ;)

Maybe they could use the ex banners to sculpt something in papier maché and get themselves an arts degree.

THE COUNTER PROTEST STARTS TODAY.
Comrades! I and my supporters pledge to ignore the education tax protest camp until the students go back to college.
I demand all right thinking citizens join this great crusade forthwith (unless they don't wan't to).
