AN Oxford charity, which helps tackle homelessness, has celebrated its ongoing success by building a rubbish vehicle.

Trainees at Aspire have built a wheeled throne entirely out of recycled materials – and will be pushing it around the countryside.

Tomorrow they will take their throne out to the Chilterns to take part in the Red Kite Ramble. They hope to raise £2,000 for their work by taking part.

Aspire chief executive Jenny Fox said: “This is to celebrate our best year ever.

“We have put the most people into employment then we have ever done before.”
