CHILDREN sang fun animal songs, danced and marched as a Cheeky Monkeys tea party got under way.

About 40 children, from babies to three-year-olds, and their parents and grandparents took part in the National Childbirth Trust event at the Children’s Centre, Hendon Place, on Friday.

Sophie Hill, who runs MAD Academy music and movement classes for youngsters, and the Elite School of Dance, put the little ones through their paces.

And children also had a chance to have their hands or faces painted with designs including butterflies, pirates, the Gruffalo and flowers.

Organiser Victoria Conway, co-chairman of Bicester NCT group, said: “It was a great success. It was lovely the weather didn’t put off people from coming. People went away with great tombola prizes.

“Everyone had a great time singing and dancing.”

The photographer will have posed her and told her whether to smile or not.

from what i can see, she's an adult and will have made the decision herself as to whether she'd smile or not. i doubt the photographer would have said '' hey jenny lets go for the miserable as sin look''

but hey lets not worry too much eh ...
