a lot of drink-driving going on recently. seems to appear every week in scales of justice. fines always seem too low, and bans not long enough! many ignore the bans anyway. repeat offenders should be locked up!!!

What exactly do you mean by loaded anyway snert?

As I said lighten up. It's a joke turn of phrase in the same way if you pointed at someone and they said "I hope that finger isn't loaded". The finger and phrase are a figurative. The actual finger isn't loaded at all. Seriously, explaining a joke or comment really does take the humour out of it.

From what I read in that article it actually looks like a man with a liking for childrens underwear. A liking for small children and a liking for childrens underwear are very very different and jumping to conclusions like that is not good.
