Man arrested after fight in Cowley Road

A man has been arrested after a fight in Cowley Road outside Nandos today.
Police were called at around 5.15pm to reports of a brawl involving up to eight people.
When they arrived it turned out only two were fighting and others were trying to split them up, a spokesman said.
The man, who has been arrested on suspicion of a public order offence, has being taken to Oxford Police Station in St Aldate's No serious injuries were reported.
