Teen owner sees dog mauled to death

A chihuahua was mauled to death by a Staffordshire bull terrier in the town centre on Monday. Two-year-old Chico was killed in the attack, which took place while he was being walked by owner Ashleigh Church, 16, in Church Green, Witney, at 4.30pm. Police are investigating the incident.
