New Nook book

BLACKWELLS is to be one of two bookstores in the UK to distribute a new e-reader hoping to take on the Kindle.

The Nook goes on sale in October and will also be available locally at Argos, online at John Lewis and for sale at Foyles in London.

Blackwell’s managing director David Prescott said: “It was critically important to us we found a device partner who understood the specific needs of our customer groups.

“Barnes & Noble’s Nook made them the outstanding choice for Blackwell’s customers.”

Is it possible to say "Nook" without adding "ie" to the end?

Nook on holiday...
Nook in bed...
Nook on the kitchen table...

All normal places for people to read a book.
