No crash arrest

Police have confirmed no one has been arrested after a car hit five pedestrians in Oxford last Saturday.

Mark Palmer and his friend Charlie Fisher threw themselves in front of the grey Ford Focus to prevent it hitting Mr Palmer’s three children.
