Driving charge

A former Royal British Legion repatriation family liaison officer has had a driving offence overturned.

Stephen Radband was fined in July for failing to give information relating to the driver of a car caught speeding in Headington Road, Oxford, in September.

On Tuesday the 50-year-old, of Fox Close, Bampton, admitted the charge and was fined £60, £15 victim charge and £65 costs. He was also given three penalty points.
