'Self harming' killed woman

A 51-year-old woman died after taking an overdose of medication.

Sally Phillips, who was prescribed drugs to deal with depression, was found dead at her home in Juniper Drive, Blackbird Leys, on May 25.

Coroner Alison Thompson recorded a verdict of self harm.
