A MAN who died after a crash on the A40 on Thursday has been named as Herve Bukuru Bakundukize.
An inquest was opened into the 29-year-old’s death yesterday.
The collision on the A40 Eastbound sliproad near the Ducklington roundabout involved two Land Rovers and a tractor towing a trailer.
The victim had been living in Coventry.
